The Duchess of Sussex will travel to Germany to join her husband, Prince Harry, for the Invictus Games, which will take place there on September 9th.
The international sporting event will continue through September 16 and feature a variety of competitions, including wheelchair basketball and athletics.
The Invictus Games, which were founded by Harry, are very dear to him, and this year’s competition will be especially special because it falls on the Duke of Cambridge’s 39th birthday, which is on September 15.

Harry may or may not appear in public on the designated day, but Meghan and the Invictus community will undoubtedly organize a celebration.
The Sussex family resides in Montecito, California, but it is unknown if the Duke and Duchess will travel to Germany with their children, Prince Archie, 4, and Princess Lilibet, 2.

The second child of the late Diana, Princess of Wales and the then-Prince Charles, Prince Henry Charles Albert David was born on September 15, 1984.
Harry received his education at the London-based Wetherby School before boarding at Ludgrove and Eton College.
He attended training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst after graduating from high school and taking a year off to travel to Australia and Lesotho.
Over the course of his ten years in the military, Harry completed two tours in Afghanistan. After leaving the military in 2015, he started working as a full-time royal, concentrating on sports, mental health, and veterans.

He started dating US actress Meghan Markle in 2016, initially balancing their long-distance relationship with their professional obligations.
In November 2017, the couple announced their engagement after Meghan moved to London.
On May 19, 2018, they were married at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor in front of royals and A-list celebrities.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their daughter, Princess Lilibet, in June 2021 after welcoming their son, Prince Archie, in May 2019.
As senior royals, Harry and Meghan decided to step down in January 2020. After moving to the US, they are now living in Montecito, California.
