The website for the royal family has undergone a significant update while King Charles and Queen Camilla are on vacation.
The official website now has a drop-down menu that leads users to other royal websites, such as the Royal Collection Trust, Charles’ charity The Prince’s Trust, the Royal Foundation of the Prince and Princess of Wales, and The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.
Additionally, there is a section on the King and Queen’s earlier work as the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall.
Although Charles and Camilla now use the royal family’s official social media platforms, their activities were previously shared on the Clarence House page before the late Queen passed away.
Although the Clarence House Instagram account is still live, it no longer receives updates, according to the bio. For updates on His Majesty King Charles III and Her Majesty The Queen Consort, follow @theroyalfamily on Twitter.
Just a few weeks prior, the HRH title of Prince Harry was covertly removed from royal.uk.
Currently, Harry and Meghan are referred to as simply The Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
The pair decided not to use their HRH titles after resigning as senior royals in 2020.
The website was also updated in March to reflect the princely titles of Harry and Meghan’s children.
When their grandfather the King took the throne last September, Archie and Lilibet were crowned prince and princess. However, the Sussexes only first publicly used Lilibet’s title in March, when they announced the christening of their daughter.
The children are now identified as Prince Archie of Sussex and Princess Lilibet of Sussex on the line of succession page of royal.uk.
Before, they went by the names Master Archie and Miss Lilibet Mountbatten-Windsor.
Several changes have been made to the royal website since the late Queen Elizabeth II’s passing on September 8, 2022.
Currently residing at Balmoral Castle in Scotland, the King and Queen will soon be joined by other family members.
Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, nieces of Charles, and their families are said to have arrived at the Castle earlier this week.
