The actor penned the following about the storied program, in which Meghan portrayed legal whiz Rachel Zane: “This week SUITS broke incredible records with 3.4 billion minutes downloaded on STREAMERS in the United States.

“And that only includes the USA. I’m curious how many downloads there were in the more than 100 other nations where SUITS is broadcast.

“I’m humbled that the stories we developed and produced for 9 seasons have been watched and rewatched and will continue to evoke memories for everyone who enjoys the fruits of our labor,” he continued.

The actor expressed his opinions online:

I’ll take “that” from Harvey Specter, who once said, “I don’t play the odds, I play the man.”

“I stand in solidarity with my actors union, SAG/AFTRA, and the writers union, WGA, to demand a fair share of the rewards for those who put in the long hours and sacrifice their personal lives to create the content we ALL love,” the actor continued in his subsequent letter.

“The problem of inequality in the entertainment industry forces us to ‘Play the Man’ and stand up for the creators while demanding that we, as storytellers, be paid fairly. Allowing a select few to gain at the expense of a large number of people is irresponsible. @sagaftra @wgastrikeunite, hashtag “#sagaftrastrike.”

It didn’t take long for Gabriel’s admirers to express their gratitude for both his contributions and the show as a whole. One person said, “Suits is an insane show!” On season 6, I am. And I adore the way you act! likewise your character.

Her on-screen husband Mike, played by Patrick J. Adams, made a playful allusion to his former co-star’s new life when he returned for the show’s final season.

When asked about his wife’s condition in the first episode of the season, his character responded, “If I told you how good, you probably wouldn’t believe me.”

In order to explain why he had returned to the law firm while she hadn’t, Meghan’s character would be mentioned throughout the show’s final season, according to a previous revelation by Patrick.
