In his memoir, the Duke of Sussex revealed a startling amount of information about his strained bond with his brother, Prince William, including one annoyance about what transpired the night before his royal nuptials to Meghan Markle in 2018.

Groom-to-be The night before his wedding, Prince Harry stayed at the Coworth Park Hotel and was joined by friends for drinks at a cottage.
“My brother was brought up by someone. Who is Willy? “He remembered. “I again remained silent. Another sensitive topic. He was supposed to spend the evening with us. But he had abruptly canceled, just like Meg’s father had.”
Harry kept going: “Just before going to tea with Granny, [William] said to me, “Can’t do it, Harold. Kate and her offspring. I had emphasized to him that this was our custom, that we had dinner together before his wedding, and that we had traveled together to see the crowds. He clung firmly. Couldn’t do it. I forced. “Why are you acting this way, Willy? I spent the entire night with you before you wed Kate. What’s your motivation?”

The Duke continues by saying that although William did eventually accompany him on a walkabout to greet the crowds outside Windsor Castle, his brother did not still accompany him to the hotel.
“I invited him to join me for dinner as we were leaving. I said that I might spend the night, as I had before his wedding “Harry penned. “He claimed he would come for dinner but couldn’t stay. “Come on, Willy, please. I apologize, Harold. Can’t. Kids.'”

A “bare-faced lie,” according to Harry, was that he served as William’s best man at the couple’s 2011 nuptials.
Harry revealed that he and William were not currently on speaking terms in an interview with Anderson Cooper that aired earlier this month on CBS’ 60 Minutes.
