During the filming of their new docuseries Harry & Meghan, Prince Harry and Megan Markle shared intimate details of their first encounter. The exclusive Soho House on 76 Dean Street, a location renowned for its decadence and exclusivity, hosted the royal couple’s first-ever date.

A Grade II listed townhouse, 76 Dean Street is located in Westminster, London. The magnificent room features a library, a sparkling bar, murals, chandeliers, and opulent furnishings.

Soho House Exterior

 

 

The original Soho House location is at 76 Dean Street. The Georgian building’s exterior is highlighted by dark brick walls, a big square shape, white-rimmed windows that look out onto the Soho streets, and an olive-green door.

Soho House Library

 

 

One of the many bars in the area is located inside the Soho House Library. The space is decorated with teal velvet sofas, painted murals, striking patterned rugs, and patterned armchairs for relaxing. On occasion, live music is also performed.

Soho House Bar

 

 

Green bar stools, dark blue walls, polished wood floors, gold wine racks, tan-toned leather sofas, and an amazing drink menu are all features of the bar.

Soho House Drawing Rooms

 

 

The drawing room, which served as both a bar and a lounge, was decorated with patterned curtains, a stunning antique fireplace, apple-green leather chairs, silver cutlery, dark teal walls, and wooden tables.

Soho House Screening Room

 

 

Comfortable burnt orange velvet armchairs and evocative yellow lamps line the screening room. Visitors can unwind in the dimly lit area and block out the noise of the busy Soho streets.

Soho House Courtyard and Cafe

 

 

There are additional areas for guests to unwind and socialize with friends, including the courtyard and café. In addition to inviting armchairs for lounging and a white-washed patio to enjoy in warmer months, the café is surrounded by large glass walls that let light flood the open-plan area. Daytime coffees and evening cocktails are available.
