A significant contributor to the success of their popular Spotify podcast Archetypes was Mandana.

The trio will stay friends as Harry and Meghan take “full lead of the company,” according to a statement from the Duke and Duchess.

“Ms Dayani has been a crucial component of Archewell, and we are grateful for her passion, commitment, and leadership,” the statement said.

“Ms Dayani was hired during their parental leave to advance the business’s projects.

“She has successfully continued to mold its future and vision. Her transition was planned by the Duke and Duchess together with the goal of allowing them to now fully assume control of their business.

There won’t be anyone to fill this position, and Ms. Dayani supports the Duke and Duchess wholeheartedly in their new leadership positions. They continue to be friends.

Just days after the debut of the first trailer for Harry and Meghan’s upcoming Netflix documentary, Mandana has announced that she will be leaving her position.
