Sir Elton John gave a special tribute to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on Thursday night at his most recent concert in California.
The renowned singer and pianist included a number of heartfelt visual tributes to the royal couple while performing at Dodger Stadium.

Attendees at the concert claim that when a special online version of the show airs, royal fans will be able to see the visuals. One fan wrote: “Loved seeing the Meghan and Harry visual tribute in @eltonofficial’s #DodgerStadium tour tonight #beyondtheyellowbrickroad” next to a video of Elton performing.
She continued, teasing their debut, saying, “There will be a special on Amazon, I believe. In the interim, you can watch this while you wait to see it.
On Sunday at 8 p.m. Pacific time, Sir Elton will take the stage once more. Through Disney+, devoted viewers who are unable to attend in person will be able to watch from the comfort of their homes.
Elton John has previously expressed his public support for Meghan and Harry. Back in August 2019, the couple came under fire for using a private jet, and the singer of the song “Rocket Man” defended them.

Elton posted a defiant message on Twitter, saying: “I am deeply distressed by today’s distorted and malicious account in the press surrounding the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s private stay at my home in Nice last week.”
The prince’s mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, was one of my closest friends, the prince continued. I have a strong moral obligation to shield Harry and his family from the unwarranted press encroachment that led to Diana’s premature passing.
“David and I wanted the young family to have a private holiday inside the safety and tranquility of our home after a busy year of continuing their hard work and devotion to charity. We gave them a private jet flight so that we could continue to provide the necessary high level of protection. We made the necessary contribution to Carbon Footprint to ensure their flight was carbon neutral in support of Prince Harry’s environmental commitment.

When Sir Elton was asked to play at Harry and Meghan’s wedding reception, the musician’s long-standing friendship with the royal family reached a new height. It was enjoyable, Elton admitted in a statement to The Sun. They made a wonderful audience, so I sang another song for them. I did four instead of the three I had planned. Can You Feel The Love Tonight is an addition I made.
