King Charles III has reunited with his younger siblings, Princess Anne and Prince Edward, as they make their way to a reception honoring Team GB medal winners.

The Queen Consort and the Queen’s cousin, the Duke of Gloucester, joined the group as they reunited for the first time since the state funeral of their mother, the Queen. Olympic and Paralympic medalists from the 2020 Summer Olympics and Paralympics in Tokyo were honored at a reception in Buckingham Palace.

The royal family posed for a beautiful photo together before the event, and the King looked particularly dapper in a black suit and a blue tie.

Prince Edward wore a grey suit with a red tie, while the Duke of Gloucester wore a similar outfit.

While Anne looked equally stunning in a black dress, the Queen Consort looked elegant in a stylish purple one.

Divers Tom Daley and Matty Lee, who took first place in the 10m synchronized diving, were among the competitors.

Tom revealed that the late Queen had entertained thoughts of becoming a gymnast during a previous reception he attended at Buckingham Palace.

The Olympic champion admitted, “I had a conversation with Her Majesty about how she would make such a great gymnast because she was so small.

She observed that I was with some of the gymnasts and divers and that we were smaller than the other competitors.

She responded, “Perhaps I should have been a gymnast,” to which I replied, “Well, you’re the Queen.” I then said, “The smaller you are, the faster you spin.”

The King and Matty discussed the risks of diving from such a height while doing a belly flop, according to Matty’s details of their conversation.

The diver made a joke, saying, “I did not think I would be talking about belly flops on a Wednesday night with the King.

The British Olympic Association is presided over by Princess Anne, and the British Paralympic Association is patronized by Prince Edward.
