The Duchess of Sussex opened up about her daughter Lilibet Diana’s birth in a candid confession.
The former Suits actress discussed what it means to be a good mother or a good wife with Pamela Aldon, Sophie Trudeau, Sam Jay, and the First Lady of Canada in her most recent Archetypes podcast, “Good wife/Bad Wife, Good Mom/Bad Mom.”
When Meghan, 41, gave birth to Lilibet in June 2021, she revealed how her perspective on the world changed.
I started out with just Archie. Now that I’m a mother of a daughter, whether I expected it to or not, it did, I now see the world differently through the eyes of how she will perceive it and how she will view particular women as role models.
And I want her to know that when I look at a lot of the women I talk to on this show, including you,” Meghan added.
Meghan later revealed during the candid conversation her morning routine with her husband Prince Harry, their two children Archie, 3, and baby Lilibet, 1, at home in California.

I’m sure it will only get more chaotic as they get older with the morning rush, Meghan said, offering a novel perspective on their weekday routine. But for me, it’s you know, turning on both monitors so the kids can hear them, getting up with Lili every morning, bringing her downstairs, and then Archie wakes up 30 minutes later.
I begin preparing his lunchbox just before he gets out of bed. I give [Lili] a little nibble while I have her. I also prepare breakfast for the group of three. For me, it’s very significant. It feels like the best way to start the morning, and I love doing it.

In 2020, Meghan and Harry left their positions as senior members of the royal family and moved to Montecito. While Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo looks after the Prince and Princess of Wales’ children at home, it is believed that Harry and Meghan look after their own children with assistance from Doria Ragland, Meghan’s mother.
Doria, age 66, resides in a different home two hours away from Meghan’s opulent mega-mansion. According to reports, she received the house from her father after his passing in 2011.
