The royal family has accidentally revealed in the past that Princess Charlotte has the cutest nickname for her father Prince William.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge shared images of the tender cards their kids had made for William’s late mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, for Mother’s Day the previous year.
We couldn’t help but notice the endearing way seven-year-old Charlotte talks about her father.

Prince George, 8, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, 4, posted drawings along with their heartfelt handwritten messages on the Kensington Palace website.
The text of Charlotte’s card read as follows: “Dear Granny Diana, I love you so much and am thinking of you on Mother’s Day. You are missed by Papa. Many thanks, Charlotte xxx.”
While the young royals refer to their father, Prince William, as “Papa,” in 2019, when George, Charlotte, and Louis visited their mother, Duchess Kate, at the Chelsea Flower Show, the Duke was overheard calling his daughter a nickname with French influences.
William was heard calling his daughter, “Mignonette,” rather than Charlotte, over to push him on the swing. “Mignonette” means cute in French.
It was previously made known that Kate refers to her daughter as “Lottie”.

The Cambridges also posted a picture of Kate’s amazing Mother’s Day cake that George, Charlotte, and Louis made for her as well as a never-before-seen snapshot of the Duchess with her mother Carole Middleton.
The social media caption stated: “recognizing two additional exceptional mothers today. Louis, Charlotte, and George created the [cake emoji].”
The Cambridge family is experiencing a special day and week as Prince William marks his 40th birthday on Tuesday. To commemorate the event, Kensington Palace unveiled three never-before-seen images.
