Prince Harry opens up about therapy in candid moment following Meghan Markle’s latest interview

In an interview with BetterUp’s CEO Alexi Robichaux about mental health, Prince Harry spoke candidly about the effect of therapy on his life, claiming that it “opened” his eyes.

The Duke of Sussex discussed how therapy had helped him regain a sense of “confidence” that he hadn’t realized had been missing in his first public appearance since the Queen’s funeral. He said, “The minute I started doing therapy, it opened my eyes.” “Therapy burst the bubble I was living in, thinking there was only one way to live.”

Added him: “The next bubble burst when I found coaching, and all of a sudden I realized I had perspective and a clear understanding of my value. I reclaimed a sense of confidence that I had lost.”

Earlier on Thursday, BetterUp teased the interview by posting a black-and-white image of Harry and Alexi conversing on Twitter.

The words: were written in the photo’s caption “At the #MastersofScaleSummit, BetterUp CEO @Arobichaux and @reidhoffman will discuss the importance of leaders focusing on their mental health. Any ideas as to who might be making a surprise appearance to join them?”

Since he has been BetterUp’s chief impact officer for the past year, the royal has a significant impact on the company.

His appearance follows an interview his wife, Meghan Markle, gave to Variety in which she discussed how she and Harry handled their grief after the Queen’s passing.

You gain a lot of perspective during life’s major events, she said. “It prompts you to consider where you want to direct your attention.

“We are currently inspired and thrilled about everything we have been working toward. Additionally, our foundation, Archewell, is a priority. Our work is heavily influenced by the philanthropic sector.”

She also expressed her satisfaction at having been able to “support” Harry through the difficult time. The royal couple was spotted holding hands during a service in Westminster Hall.

She praised her husband’s optimism despite the feelings that were present and shared what the Duke had said: “She is now back with her husband.
