Prince Harry and Meghan Markle keep children safe with stringent security at private mansion

Since moving to Montecito in 2020 with Meghan Markle, Prince Harry has used a variety of security measures to protect his home and family, even though he is no longer eligible for official royal security.

Archie and Lilibet Sussex, two young children, live with their parents in the impressive mansion, and their safety is of utmost importance. They have an on-site security team, according to Meghan’s interview with The Cut.

The Duchess’s school run was documented by journalist Allison P. Davies, who also revealed that the family has additional security on hand.

She pulls out a brand-new black backpack from the trunk at a stoplight and hands it to her security detail to give to a homeless man on the corner, the author claimed.

This demonstrates the level of security Archie has while traveling to and from school as well as around the perimeter of their sprawling Montecito mansion.

They reside in the Chateau of Riven Rock, which is accessible only by a private road. By doing this, the number of people who initially have access to the road will be reduced. Oprah Winfrey and Ellen DeGeneres are a few of their famous neighbors.

Additionally, it is said that their family home has a very long driveway. This common design element separates the main entrance from the building itself, giving the family a sense of privacy and increased security. It can be found in many royal and A-list residences.

The most noticeable aspect must be the numerous security gates that divide the property from the road and that must be passed before visitors are allowed entry.

According to Forbes, the Sussexes’ yearly security expenses could total a staggering $3 million.

The couple had to erect additional fences around the area while staying at Tyler Perry’s property in order to increase their level of privacy from paparazzi before establishing their own permanent base in the United States.

The security of Prince Harry’s family is also of the utmost importance, and Highgrove House, the country residence of his father King Charles, is rumored to contain a panic room.

The panic room is equipped with “containers of Charles and Camilla’s blood group, long-lasting food and drinks, an armoury, radio transmitters equipped to obtain a signal even within its steel walls, air purifiers, and chemical restrooms,” according to Brian Hoey, the author of Not In Front Of The Corgis.
