Princess Kate wears red coat – with hidden nod to Princess Diana

The Prince and Princess of Wales visited Wales on Tuesday to meet with local residents and learn about the work of important nonprofit organizations.

The royal couple appeared to be enjoying themselves, and Kate looked stunning in an all-black outfit that she spruced up with a truly stunning new red coat from L.K. Bennett.

Kate looked dazzling in her bold coat

The $599 style had pockets with gold horsbit trim and big, gold buttons. Actually, it’s referred to as the “Spencer” coat in honor of her mother-in-law, Princess Diana. She was originally named Spencer. How lovely! The mother-of-three highlighted her attractive features with subtle makeup while wearing her hair in her signature, lightly blow-dried style. She then added her favorite gold Spells of Love earrings.

Given that they established their first family home in Anglesey, Wales holds a special place in William and Kate’s hearts. They have cherished previous visits as well as the warmth and friendliness of the Welsh people.

Over the upcoming months and years, the couple anticipates spending more time in Wales and strengthening their ties to local populations across the country.

Thu. was the last time we saw Kate. The 40-year-old royal paid a visit to Windsor Guildhall where she met with volunteers and administrative staff to express her gratitude for their assistance with the Queen’s committal service, which was held in Windsor Castle’s grounds.

With her Annoushka “Baroque Pearl Drops” earrings and Gianvito Rossi “Gianvito 105” black suede high heel pumps, Princess Kate looked stunning.

She dazzled royal fashion enthusiasts in a gold Dolce & Gabbana button-down coat. She last wore the so-called “Black Collarless Long Coat” style in April 2021, when she joined her husband at an air cadet center, for their first public appearance after Prince Philip’s funeral. It felt particularly poignant that she did the same for her first appearance following the Queen’s funeral.

The Princess of Wales frequently chooses her D&G coat to mark solemn occasions; she most notably wore it on Remembrance Sunday in 2017 to great acclaim. She obviously treasures having it in her wardrobe.
