A video of Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, going on a walkabout at Windsor Castle on Saturday afternoon with her husband Prince Harry and the newly installed Prince and Princess of Wales has gone popular on social media.
The mother-of-two approaches a bystander in the crowd who had gathered at the royal home to pay their condolences after the Queen passed away earlier this week in the touching video posted on TikTok. Meghan says, “What’s your name?” before quietly exclaiming, “Oh very wonderful.”
Meghan spoke to the young woman after learning of Her Majesty’s passing: “Thank you for being here; it means a lot to the family; we appreciate it, thank you.”

She inquired, “How long have you been waiting?” The observer responded that they had been waiting for almost two hours. “Oh my God. I certainly hope you’ll be able to return home soon. We value your presence here “Meghan threw in.
Can I give you a hug, the girl in the video enquired. Of course!” Meghan said in response, bringing the girl in for a warm hug.
Although it is uncommon for a member of the Queen’s family to hug in public, there are several circumstances where the royals choose to break the norms because of the emotional significance of the situation.

People in the audience could be heard exclaiming, “Oh my goodness!” in shock at the Duchess’ heartfelt response.
“Both Harry and Meghan were wonderful! She is such a lovely woman on the inside and out, and it was such a beautiful thing to see. You are loved, Meghan “the TikTok user who posted the video was added.
HELLO! understands Harry and Meghan were invited to travel to Windsor with Prince William and the Princess of Wales to meet with royal admirers who had gathered to pay their respects to the late monarch.
The royal brothers’ outing was a bittersweet occasion for them because it had been over two years since they last appeared together in public with their spouses on an engagement.
The foursome also arrived and returned in the same car after speaking with members of the public for about 40 minutes, which further surprised the masses waiting outside the royal residence.
