In a June 6 tweet, photographer Misan Harriman shared Lili’s first birthday portrait. Harriman, who shot Harry and Meghan’s pregnancy announcement, shared three photos from Lili’s birthday celebration.
The first portrait is of Lili on her first birthday. The little royal is wearing a blue outfit and a white flower headband as she sits in the grass. A group shot with a smiling Meghan holding Lili in her arms is included in the additional photos. Finally, a photo of the face painting that occurred during the party.
“It was such an honor to celebrate Lilibet’s first birthday with my family and hers!” Harriman captioned the photo with emojis and said, “Joy and face painting all around.”

In the New Zealand Herald, Elser explained that Harry and Meghan’s visit to the UK “was always going to be a distraction, so why not use it to Buckingham Palace’s advantage?”
