Missoma drop earrings are a favorite of Kate Middleton.
This week, the Duchess of Cambridge returned to public engagements in style, delighting royal fans with her easy sense of style.
On Thursday, Kate and Prince William paid a visit to Clitheroe Community Hospital in North Lancashire, where she looked as stylish as usual in a lovely tonal ensemble. She chose to recycle her limited edition Massimo Dutti cashmere wool camel coat, which she put over a stunning camel-colored roll neck – and did you notice her gorgeous earrings?
Missoma London, one of the royal’s favorite jewelry manufacturers, is responsible for the pastel pink accessories, and the gorgeous gemstone that adorns the drop earrings has a special importance.
“Our Rhodochrosite Pyramid Hoops contain a heart-based healing crystal that exudes love, compassion, and all-around good vibrations, hung from a textured gold vermeil hoop,” according to the Missoma website.
Rhodochrosite is also known as the ‘Stone of the Compassionate Heart,’ since it represents the healing of a broken heart or loss.
We wouldn’t be shocked if Kate chose these particular earrings to promote positivity and love following the UK’s coronavirus epidemic, as she and many other royals do with their attire and accessories.
The Duchess of Sussex also enjoys wearing jewelry with symbolic implications, such as evil eye necklaces and zodiac motifs.
Kate looked stunning in blue slacks, a navy roll-neck sweater, and shoes on Wednesday at the Foundling Museum in London, and she completed the look with a striking teal coat she’d previously worn. She also sported some lovely gold earrings, which cost just £2.10 from Accessorize!
The Duchess has had a busy month, having turned 40 on January 9th. On her special day, three portraits of the monarch were released to the public. For the occasion, Duchess Kate wore Alexander McQueen, the same designer who designed her wedding gown. Paolo Reversi, a royal photographer, took the photos.
