Despite agreeing not to, Prince Harry used the title “His Royal Highness” on the birth certificate of newborn baby Lilibet, according to reports.
According to a copy of the document, the prince’s last name is listed as “HRH,” and his first name is “Duke of Sussex.”
The deal that saw Harry, 36, and his wife Meghan Markle leave the UK in 2020 stipulated that they would not use the titles when they moved to the United States.
However, it was decided that they would keep it.
When Megxit was announced last year, the couple stated that they would work to become “financially independent.”
The Sun reports that Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-birth Windsor’s certificate confirms she was born at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, near the couple’s mansion, at 11:40 a.m. on June 6.

The Queen stripped Harry and Meghan of their honorary titles in February after they confirmed they would not return as working members of the Royal Family.
The title – His Royal Highness – was also recently removed from a placard at Kensington Palace commemorating Princess Diana’s life.
The words “Lent by HRH the Duke of Cambridge and the Duke of Sussex” are now written next to Diana’s wedding gown at the show.
On June 4, Harry and Meghan Markle welcomed their first child, Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, into the world.
In the family’s new life across the Atlantic, she joins older brother Archie.
Only two months after Philip’s death at the age of 99, Lilibet was born. He was married to the Queen for 73 years.
